Returns Policy
Due to the nature of imitation jewellery and hygiene considerations:
We do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.
All products are carefully checked, packed, and dispatched. Customers are requested to review product images, descriptions, and specifications thoroughly before making a purchase.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Minor color or design variations (as products are photographed under studio lighting)
- Damage caused after delivery
- Delays caused by courier partners
Refunds Are Applicable ONLY In The Following Cases
A refund or replacement may be considered only if:
- You received a wrong product, or
- You received a damaged or defective product.
Conditions:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- An unboxing video is mandatory (from sealed package to product).
- The product must be unused and in original packaging.
Without an unboxing video, no refund or replacement will be processed.
Replacement Policy
- Replacement will be initiated after verification.
- If the same product is unavailable, store credit or refund may be offered.
- Replacement shipping timeline: 7–10 business days.
Refund Processing
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Payments are refunded via Razorpay.
- Refunds are completed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If a replacement is approved due to our error, shipping will be covered by us.
Order Cancellation
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.
- Cancellation requests before dispatch may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- No cancellations are allowed for discounted or sale items.
Important Notes
- We only support online prepaid payments via Razorpay.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- Colors and designs may vary slightly due to screen settings.
- Chetan Imitation reserves the right to refuse refunds if policy conditions are not met.
